We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to help us grow our SaaS customer base of General Contractors. You will be responsible for contacting new prospects and booking meaningful discovery calls that highlight the benefits of our software platform for their back-office needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Create new business opportunities to fuel growth
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas as defined by sales management
- Convey feedback to product marketing and product teams to represent the voice of the customer
- Build a solid revenue pipeline by setting discovery meetings with key decision makers
- Research and build new and existing accounts through rigorous outbound calling efforts
- Work in a fast-pace environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team

**Qualifications**
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- 2+ years of direct B2B software sales experience
- Resourcefulness and results driven operating style
- A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Comfortability with heavy prospecting
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency with different sales tools and technologies
- Familiarity with construction ERPs, accounting tools, and project management tools is a plus
- Selling software solutions to the construction or CRE industry is a strong plus

In this role, you will be working with a fast growing construction-tech company in order to help them drive sales opportunities. The company is setting new standards of productivity and cost-efficiency for the way GCs and subcontractors manage essential back-office tasks and financial transactions.

For general contractors, the company provides a robust cloud platform that streamlines and standardizes subcontractor procurement & administration, including contracts, COIs, invoices & payments and diversity procurement - all in one place.

For subcontractors, the platform offers fast and cost-effective receivables financing, including an Early Pay Program (EPP) that shortens the revenue cycle, frees up cash and allows them to take on more projects.
