Description

Key Users are needed to provide additional coverage for delivery of local communication and training and provision of support to end users at go-live and in business as usual. They are functional experts in their part of the business but may specialise in just one area (whereas Super Users will have more breadth of knowledge.)

Key Users will be required on a full-time basis in the last 6 weeks (TBC) before go-live and for the first 2 weeks after go-live. They will be required to support ongoing training and access management in a business-as-usual capacity after this point.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to deal with SOD (Segregation of Duty) conflicts & change management
- Knowledge of inter-co, SCP, MDM/MDG process, GFS processes, Buy-sell model (where

applicable to market)
- Good knowledge of NPS and Stock Buying Process
- Good network and ability to work across the business to all impacted employees
