**Finalidad del cargo**:Responsable de prestar asistencia técnica a los clientes actuales y nuevos. Conocimiento en instalación de equipos de dosificación y control, análisis de sistemas. Liderazgo y proactividad en seguridad. Desarrollar manejo de clientes y comprensión de los demás basándose en su experiência; entrenar y asesorar a otros representantes de servicio de campo.

**Responsabilidades del cargo**
- Realizar visitas para supervisión de equipos y manutención preventiva.
- Realización de presentaciones a los clientes y reportes de servicio.
- Planificación de Visitas por Zonas.
- Servicio y contacto con clientes
- Realizar capacitaciones al personal sobre los productos instalados
- Realizar seguimiento a los requerimientos del cliente. Cumplir con las normas de seguridad de la Compañía para la cual trabajan (Cliente Final) o las de ECOLAB COLOMBIA S.A. si son estas más exigentes
- Portar los elementos de seguridad suministrados por ECOLAB COLOMBIA S.A. para la realización de las labores.
- Velar por el normal funcionamiento y desempeño de las aplicaciones Ecolab y de las plantas de tratamiento a su cargo.
- Validar la dosificación de los productos químicos ECOLAB COLOMBIA S.A. requeridos para los sistemas
- Hacer análisis de laboratorio y verificar los parámetros de control
- Detectar a tiempo las posibles fallas en los procesos
- Avisar a su lider y al jefe de seguridad las Emergencias de planta
- Establecer comunicación con los contactos en clientes de manera frecuente.
- Realizar informes detallados del desempeño y consumos de los programas químicos
- Lleva estricto control de los parámetros analizados
- Asistir a las reuniones planeadas por ECOLAB COLOMBIA S.A. (jefe inmediato o superiores, área de seguridad, recursos humanos, capacitaciones)
- Atender llamadas de los clientes con el fin de solucionar inquietudes del proceso.
- Cumplir estrictamente todas las políticas de la compañía
- Actitud proactiva para inspecciona continuamente las áreas de trabajo para descubrir prácticas y condiciones inseguras de trabajo y tomar medidas correctivas para eliminar causas de accidentes.
- Analizar y recomendar ideas y procedimientos de trabajo que conduzcan a una mayor Seguridad tanto del personal como de los equipos y materiales, participa en la elaboración de normas y procedimientos seguros de trabajo.
- Vigila el buen estado de los equipos de Seguridad de su área.
- Toma medidas correctivas prontas cada vez que se descubra una condición ambiental peligrosa o acto inseguro.
- Crea, muestra y mantiene una actitud personal positiva hacia las prácticas laborales seguras para que sea de gran importancia la prevención de accidentes durante la ejecución de todos los trabajos
- Sigue los procesos pertinentes a su área aportando para que los resultados deseados sean alcanzados y las mejoras al proceso sean realizadas.

**Educación/Experiência**
- Profesional en ingeniería química, industrial o afines.
- Deseable 3 o más experiência en roles similares con manejo de equipos a cargo
- Experiência comercial - técnica
