**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of our team, you will:

- Validate the Revenue, Cost, and Profitability of the project, assist the team members in project financials understand Project execution
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, instructions, guidance, processes, tools, accounting principles, and internal controls in the project.
- Proactively monitor and control the financial and operational performance of the project against the plan o Conducts monthly reviews with customer business
teams to ensure a full understanding of variances and to trigger actions to manage variances against the cost baseline
- Identify and flag risks impacting project financials and actively contribute to risk mitigation, proposing corrective actions including accrual bookings and needed provisions

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in Financial Controlling
- Strong knowledge and experience in Financial Accounting, Planning, Reporting & Analysis, Controlling (Cash Flow, Receivables, Inventory
Management, Revenue Recognition)
- Fluent command of business English
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills

It would be nice if you also had:

- Fluency in Portuguese
- Good presentation skills in both formal and informal settings & ability to interact with financial service recipients
- Outstanding team player with excellent networking, and communication skills having service oriented, remarkably proactive mindset
