Buscamos a nuestrx próximx Account Supervisor quien se encargará de liderar un equipo de alto desempeño, así como la ejecución de planes y estrategias de comunicación para algunas de las cuentas de mayor proyección. Aplica ahora y sé parte de la agencia #1 de Comunicaciones y PR en LATAM.

**¿Qué necesitas para aplicar?**:
- Profesional en comunicación social, periodismo, ciencia política o carreras afines. Deseable estudios adicionales afines a marketing digital, comunicación corporativa, sostenibilidad, reputación, manejo de crisis, entre otros.
- Inglés B2 (Requisito indispensable).
- Experiência mínima de 5 años enfocada en áreas de la comunicación corporativa interna, externa, marketing digital, asuntos públicos o corporativos, en agencia o empresa.
- Experiência mínima de 1-2 años coordinando proyectos con equipo a cargo.
- Conocimiento del panorama mediático de Colombia y la región, y excelente relacionamiento con periodistas, editores, directores y líderes de opinión, así como otras audiencias relevantes para el sector.
- Experiência en manejo de situaciones de riesgo/crisis.
- Excelente habilidad de redacción y ortografía.
- Conocimiento sólido del panorama económico, político y social a nível nacional e internacional.
- Experiência/conocimiento en comunicación digital, influencer marketing e influence PR.

**¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?**:
- Aportar desde una visión estratégica en la construcción de los planes de comunicación.
- Liderar la ejecución de los planes y estrategias establecidos.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades comerciales con clientes existentes y potenciales.
- Garantizar el rendimiento operativo de las cuentas, asegurando la calidad del trabajo y el cumplimiento de los plazos.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento eficiente del scope of work con los clientes, buscando la rentabilidad del negocio.
- Definir y realizar seguimiento de KPIs de acuerdo con la necesidad estratégica de cada cliente.
- Promover buenas prácticas, tendencias y nuevos conocimientos de las comunicaciones, a partir de la investigación continua de la coyuntura y el contexto en el que se desenvuelven los clientes.
- Impulsar el desarrollo del equipo de trabajo a cargo, orientándolos para alcanzar las expectativas con plazos claros, proporcionando los recursos necesarios, y haciendo seguimiento a los progresos.
- Liderar activamente las situaciones de crisis.
