Salesforce Architect

**What challenges will you face?**
- Provide architectural guidance and thought leadership to the nearshore Salesforce development team.
- Define and implement best practices for Salesforce design, development, and integration to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a nearshore team of Salesforce developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure individual and team growth.
- Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and project assignments to maximize team efficiency and project success.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from requirement analysis and design to development and deployment.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet or exceed quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to address any project-related challenges and risks.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on solution design, data modeling, and integration strategies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization of development workflows.

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Conversational english
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Principal Salesforce Architect, leading and designing complex Salesforce solutions.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integration patterns.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading remote and nearshore development teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
- Prior experience working in a consulting environment is a plus.
