**Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Address the customer’s inquiries regarding the redemption or reinstatement of his or her repossessed vehicle
- Resolve collection calls and achieve targeted goals.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.

**Qualifications**:

- B2+ - C1 in English.
- Full time availability.
- Prior experience in collections, sales, customer service, or related call center experience, preferred.
- High school graduates
- Basic math skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail, experienced problem solver, strong listening and negotiation skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Intermediate written and oral communication skills, comprehension and judgment are required regarding applicability of guidelines or policies

**About the job**:

- 100% on-site vacancy (Cll 67 #7 Caracol radio building)
- Indefinite term contract
- Schedule Monday to Friday from 9 AM - 9 PM (according to hour meshes/ flexible schedule)
- 2 weeks of training (1-week training, 1-week nesting)
- Basic salary 2.600.000 + commission 200 COP + hiring bonuses (400.000 COP 1st, 2nd and 3rd months of production) + tenure bonuses (from first 6 months to first 3 years) + Health insurance (After trial period) + Laika membership (After trial period) + Netflix/ Spotify (Upon availability)

**Salary**: $2,600,000 per month
