**Job description**:
We are looking for the best talent to grow our **Human Resources Department in Colombia**. Your experience, knowledge and commitment will add value to our aim of ensuring to employees give the right support and career development throughout their work experience.
You will be supporting our different HR processes as an **Senior** **HR Generalist/Officer.**

**Your main responsabilities**:

- Implementing HR group policies on your scope
- Ensuring employment contract, addendum, and any HR legal documents are in line with Labor & Social Law
- Conducting legal watch or Monitoring country´s legal aspects
- Development of the occupational risk prevention program
- Compensation & Benefits : Contribute to the definition of the remuneration system, Propose remuneration practices aligned with the C&B group policy
- Supporting the payroll team for an effective operation in each scope

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant fields.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources positions and other related roles and you are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Knowledge of the labor regulations of Colombia and human resources administration (Payroll, benefits management, etc)
- Excellent verbal & written communication in English & Spanish
- Good attention to details; Able to interact proactively with management and staff; Hard-working and high responsibility
- Proficient in MS-Office; Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making
- Strength of character, ethics, commitment, and reliability
