Here’s an overview of your future role:_**
- Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract- Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.- Work setup: Hybrid, Bogotá and Medellin

**What do you need to succeed?**
- A bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting or finance.
- At least 1 year of accounting experience or internship experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite highly desirable.
- Unwavering attention to detail and are highly organized.
- A consummate professional with superb communication skills.
- A thirst for knowledge and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

**What awaits you in this role?**
- Manage our Accounts Payable system by adding and modifying workflows, creating new users, and adding/setting up new vendors.
- Handle all new vendor requests and inquiries and organize all related documents.
- Code and process invoices and manage invoice reconciliations against statements.
- Assist in information gathering for submitting 1099s at year-end.
- Assist cardholders with monthly reports and inquiries and review non-property corporate credit cards and expense reports.
- Collect COIs and contracts.
- Assist with any internal payment inquiries.
- Support Staff and Senior Accountants with various projects and responsibilities as needed.
- Assist in the development of SOPs for all FAA processes you participate in.
