**Role**: Reporting to the Senior Revenue Manager, the Billing Technician position is a mix of T&M contract billing processes as well as month-end procedures, financial analysis, controls and support to Finance team. The position is within a fast-growing environment and requires a spirit of continuous improvement and evolution.

**Your Day with Equisoft**:

- Relationship with operational team on billing process to perform invoicing.
- Perform monthly invoicing for all T&M invoices and ensure relevant documentation
- Provide several month-end process analysis to support financial results
- Operating database software and electronic billing systems to review financial data, correct discrepancies, and reconcile accounts appropriately
- Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data
- Support the Finance team in the external audit
- Continuously identify and implement solutions to improve procedures and efficiency
- Performs other duties as assigned and ad hoc request.

**Requirements**:
**Technical**
- Finance and Accounting relevant experience
- College Diploma in a relevant field of expertise
- Advanced knowledge of Netsuite
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
