Job description
The Payroll Officer is responsible for processing payroll for employees in the latam scope, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. This role involves reviewing and verifying timekeeping records, calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, and preparing payroll reports for management. The Payroll Officer will resolve payroll discrepancies, respond to employee inquiries, and work closely with Human Capital team to ensure accurate and efficient payroll operations.
**Key responsibilities include**:
Maintaining payroll systems, ensure data integrity
Staying up to date with regulatory changes in the countries
coordinating with external vendors as needed

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
2 years proven experience as a payroll analyst or in a similar role
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
