**We are looking for a talented and motivated Staff Accountant/Controller to join our growing team**

**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in Odoo.
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.
- Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP).
- Close out accounting periods on a timely basis.
- May assist with payroll processing and tax preparation.
- Oversee junior accounting staff (depending on experience level).
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a staff accountant role (more experience may be required for the Controller role).
- Proven experience using Odoo for accounting tasks.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $2,689,700 - $3,362,100 per month
