Agencia de viajes boutique especializada en clientes extranjeros se encuentra en la búsqueda de un «Director of Concierge or Event Planner», para laborar en Cartagena.

**Responsabilidades**
- Será responsable de mantener los estándares de servicio de la agencia, lograr la satisfacción de los clientes, contratar y capacitar a los empleados y supervisar al personal del departamento de concierge.
- Se encarga de dar seguimiento a solicitudes, quejas y reclamos, al igual que revisar y dar respuesta a correos de los clientes, como supervisar y coordinar su llegada y salida, el manejo de maletas y servicio al cliente.
- Informará al personal de concierge de la empresa hotelera la información del día o pendientes a realizar, mediante correos electrónicos, bitácora y en las reuniones diarias.
- Planificar y organizar eventos y actividades de recreación y turismo solicitadas por clientes.
- Realizará procesos de cotizaciones para distintas actividades que puedan llegar a ser solicitadas por los clientes.
- Se encargará de procesos de logística como tiquetes, transporte/traslados, comidas y bebidas, sonido, etc.
- Coordinará con el departamento de recepción y el departamento de reservas los cambios de habitaciones, check-in, custodia de maletas y entrega de habitaciones a clientes.
- Proporcionará información a los huéspedes acerca los distintos servicios e instalaciones que cuenta el hotel, horarios de restaurantes, discotecas y bares, eventos y atracciones, excursiones, rutas de viaje, horarios de transporte, y servicios incluidos en el paquete de vacaciones reservado y los no incluidos.

**Requisitos**
- Profesional, tecnólogo y/o técnico en Hotelería y turismo, Gestión de turismo y hostelería y/o Tecnología en Gestión Turística y Desarrollo Local.
- Experiência mínima de 4 años en roles de gerencia o liderazgo en agencias de viajes o hoteles cuatro estrellas para arriba.
- Experiência directa tomando decisiones y relacionándose directamente con clientes.
- Experiência en operaciones hoteleras o agencias de viajes.
- Debe ser una persona con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento.
- Independiente y con capacidad para negociar e influenciar a otros.
- Organizada, con capacidad para crear y mejorar procesos. Así como ser una persona consistente y con altos estándares de calidad.
- Tener la capacidad para tomar decisiones de manera rápida.
- Debe ser una persona tecnológica, que tenga experiência trabajando con CRM y sistemas operativos para hacer seguimiento y sacar reportes e indicadores.

**Rango Salarial**: COP $5.000.000 - COP $7.000.000

**Contrato**: Indefinido

**Horario**: Lunes a Sábado, 9am a 6pm, sin embargo debe ser una persona con disposición para atender a los clientes en horarios extralaborales y tomar decisiones y crear soluciones. Es una labor de manejo y confianza.
