**Job Description** About this job**

As an intern for the Analytics Customer Success Team at NielsenIQ, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in leveraging data analytics to drive customer success. You will work closely with our team of analysts and customer success managers to support clients in achieving their business objectives through data-driven insights and solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- ** Data Analysis**: Assist in analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends relevant to client objectives.
- ** Report Generation**: Support the creation of customized reports and dashboards tailored to client needs using NielsenIQ's analytical tools and platforms.
- ** Client Engagement**: Collaborate with customer success managers to understand client requirements and contribute to delivering exceptional service and support.
- ** Problem Solving**: Help identify and troubleshoot issues related to data quality, reporting discrepancies, and other technical challenges.
- ** Presentation**: Contribute to preparing and delivering presentations to clients, showcasing analytical findings and recommendations.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, project status, and analytical methodologies for future reference.
- ** Learning and Development**: Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills in data analysis, customer success principles, and NielsenIQ's products and services.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a similar discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Prior experience or coursework in data analysis, market research, or customer success is a plus.
