**Responsibilities**:

- Administration and configuration of existing ServiceNow modules.
- Adapting existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing customers’ business needs.
- Developing integrations.
- Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- ServiceNow Development experience.
- ServiceNow Administration experience.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP/WSDL, REST).
- Familiar with LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS.
- Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems.
- Experience in using JavaScript, HTML and CSS is a plus.
- English level (B2).
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
