Los mecanismos y gobernanza entre los grantees y los socios del consorcio están aún en proceso de finalización en Septiembre del 2024, lo que incluye también la gestión de las funciones delegadas, incluyendo la del presente puesto de Coordinación MEL. Para el presente cargo, se espera una fecha de incorporación que no sea posterior a comienzos de Octubre 2024.

El Coordinador MEL contribuirá a una respuesta de calidad facilitando el acceso y el uso de información oportuna sobre el alcance, la pertinencia y la eficacia del programa. El Coordinador MEL prestará apoyo técnico al personal relacionado con el consorcio y fomentará la aplicación de sistemas MEL eficaces, costo eficientes y adaptables. Ofrecerá apoyo técnico a los puntos focales de las organizaciones del consorcio, en relación con el manejo de datos y presentación de informes de acuerdo con las políticas del donante y fomentará un ambiente donde se promueva los valores de la asistencia humanitaria, respeto, integridad, confianza, rendición de cuentas y sostenibilidad. Además, es responsable de procesos clave como la planificación de actividades, la inducción del personal asociado y el lineamiento técnico de MEL para el consorcio.

El coordinador de MEL recibirá lineamiento técnico y supervisión del Gerente de MEL de la oficina país de NRC y seguirá las directrices acordadas por la coordinación del Consorcio ECW para el trabajo operativo.
