**Technical Writing Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, design documents, and technical reports.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand product features and functionalities, translating technical information into user-friendly documentation.
- Conduct research and interviews with users and stakeholders to gather information for documentation purposes.
- Organize and structure information logically, creating indexes, tables of contents, and other navigational aids to enhance usability.
- Edit and revise documentation for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, ensuring adherence to style guides and standards.
- Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect changes in products or processes.

**Business Analysis Responsibilities**:

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and user stories, working closely with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit and document business needs, goals, and priorities.
- Collaborate with development teams to prioritize requirements and create actionable plans for implementation.
- Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as both a Technical Writer and a Business Analyst.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and document complex technical and business concepts.
- Proficiency in documenting technical information using tools such as Microsoft Word, Confluence, or similar.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
