**MDR&A Colombia & Ecuador**

**OUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Major Tasks Conduct protocols in partnership with growers to determine the positioning of soybean varieties, corn hybrids, chemicals (herbicides, insecticides, fungicides and correlated) and biological products.
- Considering agriculture systems and different environments in his/her region, assuring that all these variations are being captured to generate the best recommendations to our customers Monitoring the performance of different technologies (Ag practices, Biotech, etc.) in their region, alerting possible changes and trends through field evaluations.
- Manage contractors (safristas/cosecheros) in their daily activities in trials, including operations and safety.
- Follow stewardship practices and other Regulatory advising related to ours and other technologies and full compliance with Legal, HSE & Business Conduct Policies.
- Participate in discussions to generate and propose protocols and give feedback to Technical Managers for protocol development and results.
- Maintain relationship with Agronomists in his/her region order to understand the business needs and knowledge transfer opportunities.
- Share with Agronomists the agronomic practices and varieties performance in his/her region. With them, propose new best agronomic practices to his/her region Partnership with key influencers looking for opportunities to communicate our recommendations regarding these new technologies and the best management practices to maximize our products and varieties and protect our technologies.
- Be a strong and recognized technical reference in his/her region for seeds, crop protection products and digital tools internally and externally.
- Influence the agronomic systems in his/her region considering our products technical value proposal.
- Positively influence and inspire other Bayer employees and advisors in his/her marketplace.
- Be available and ensure appropriate dedication to develop new talents in the organization.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Higher degree in Agronomy or related areas. MSc or PhD degrees are strongly desired.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with agriculture and agricultural experimentation, statistical analysis and result presentation.
- Intermediate English speaker.
- Advanced Product, Portfolio & Agronomic Knowledge.
- Knowledge and Management of Digital Tools / Analytics Great organization and planning skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholders management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.
