**The Role**
We're seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive organic search growth and increase visibility for our clients.

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- **Technical SEO Audits**: Analyze websites to identify and address technical issues hindering search performance.
- **Keyword Research & Optimization**: Identify and target profitable keywords, optimize on-page elements for search relevance.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with content writers to guide the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
- **Link Building**: Implement effective outreach and link acquisition strategies to enhance website authority.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**: Track key SEO metrics, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights to clients.
- **Staying Ahead of the Curve**: Research and proactively identify emerging SEO trends and best practices.

**Tech Stack**: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush (or similar keyword and analysis tools), Screaming Frog (or similar site crawler), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, WordPress (or other common CMS experience).

**You Are**:

- **Experienced**: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience with a demonstrated track record of success.
- **Technical & Analytical**: Strong understanding of technical SEO principles, on-page optimization, and data analysis.
- **Outcome-Oriented**: Focused on achieving measurable improvements in rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- **Excellent Communicator**: Ability to translate technical SEO concepts to clients and team members in both English and Spanish.
- **Collaborative & Adaptable**: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with writers, designers, and developers.
- **Passion for Learning**: A genuine passion for SEO and a desire to stay up-to-date in an ever-changing field.

**Bonus Points**:

- **Link Building Expertise**: Proven experience in developing and executing successful link building campaigns.
- **Local SEO Knowledge**: Understanding of local search optimization tactics.
- **Google Tag Manager Experience**: Proficiency in setting up conversion tracking and implementing advanced analytics through GTM.
