About the role_**:
We are seeking a sharp, team-oriented, tech savvy and organised person with strong analytical skills. This is an opportunity to work with a world class operations team on the daily functions that drive our business.

What you'll do day in day out:
The Scheduling Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining the car and driver schedules for a vehicle fleet hub. They will receive information on demand, available vehicles, available drivers (and their restrictions), and use it to assign car shifts to drivers, communicate them to stakeholders and react to incidents, always looking to optimise asset and driver utilisation. The Analyst will also be in charge of asset utilisation information management. Making sure we capture the correct information on asset usage and upload it correctly to our databases.
- Create the weekly schedule for drivers and cars, given the availability of resources and the restrictions given by the Central Planning Team.
- Communicate drivers and other organisation stakeholders on the schedules and modifications.
- React to incidences on the operation, making adjustments to the schedules as asset availability changes and/or opportunities are identified.
- Make sure asset utilisation metrics are being recorded correctly and upload it to our databases.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve planning/scheduling processes and practices.

What you need to have
- 0 - 1 years of experience in operations and analytical roles
- Excellent spreadsheet skills
- Basic SQL knowledge and/or the willingness to master it
- Experience with scheduling problems is a plus
- Assertive Communicator
- Business oriented. Understanding of Scheduling importance to drive business results
