**Full Job Description**

Your primary responsibility will be to support the Loan Officer and Closer during the loan process to ensure the closing occurs as planned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the movement of files through the loan pipeline and ensure loans are processed and closed in an efficient manner
- Serve as a liaison between loan officers, applicants, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to help further loan approval
- Follow up on loan documentation ordered in a timely manner to ensure closing dates and company deadlines are met
- Maintain detailed documentation of the loan process in our system - from origination to close
- Acquire the files necessary for property and loan documentation to assure a smooth loan process

**Qualifications**:

- Capable of supporting team in the collection of information and documents in order to properly assemble a loan
- Preference is for an individual who has knowledge of mortgage procedures, processes, and documentation
- Exceptional attention to detail, and must be organized and have excellent time management skills
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience working remotely, including the necessary hardware to accomplish the task (i.e. high-speed internet, computer with video and microphone)

**Compensation**

**$10 USD Per Hour**

Pay: $50,000 per hour
