**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting research on immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Communicating with clients, government agencies, and other parties involved in the immigration process
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate and organized case files and databases
- Providing administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working as an immigration paralegal, preferably with a focus on business immigration
- Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and immigration case management software
- Ability to adapt to changes in immigration policies and procedures
- Understanding of how investment businesses correlate with the immigration process
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Good communication and writing skills in both languages

**Salary**: $4,524,156 - $5,655,195 per month
