**Position Overview**
We are looking for a professional responsible for answering employee questions and resolving employee issues as they relate to a company’s health and welfare plans and policies. To produce benefit transactions, acts as support to the Benefits Team that act as a liaison to Clients and employees. Must possess strong interpersonal skills, exceptional technical skills using software platforms, maintain confidential materials and be able to multitask.
**Responsabilities**:
- Expert in a company’s employee benefit offerings (health and dental insurance, disability insurance, health and flexible savings accounts, and all government policies related to employee benefits).
- Administering the company’s group health plan (explain the plan features to employees and helps them enroll properly).
- Acts as a liaison between the insurance carrier and the employees and helps facilitate the resolution of billing and claims questions.
- Annually reviewing the company’s employee benefits program and making recommendations for the following year.
- Examine the utilization of the plan and work with the insurance carrier to find ways to help the employees utilize their plan more efficiently.

- Responsibility and Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and take ownership of areas of responsibility.
- Management and Administrative Support: Support in property, casualty, life, health, and variable life insurance, liaison and administrative duties, budget management, and database and spreadsheet handling.
- Client Management and Marketing: Review, analysis, and reconciliation of various customer concerns and policies, and management of customer service, communications, marketing, and retention.
