**ATR Junior Analyst (LATAM)**

**Job Description**:
Kenvue is recruiting for a Procurement & General Accounting Junior Analyst for its Finance Operations team. **What You Will Do**

Key Responsibilities***
- Support all global activities related to procurement accounting including GRIR (goods receipt/invoice receipt) activities, procurement accruals and general accounting activities.
- Responsible for the complete and accurate accounting for all the General process flows for the Balance Sheet and Income Statement
- Responsible for overseeing Local Travel and Expense Administration and standardization of the process to follow global taxonomy
- Responsible for the analysis of Balance Sheet accounts assigned and timely resolution of open items.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.
- Support ongoing improvements and automation projects within the accounting team.
- Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies.

Compliance:

- Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership.
- Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings.

Qualifications

**What We Are Looking For**

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.
- Intermediate English
- At least 2 years of experience in Procurement and General Accounting
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies
- Be organized and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft tools
- Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge preferrable
