Misión del puesto

Encargado de gestionar los OKRs objetivos para Turbo en relación al portafolio definido con Grupo Éxito. Para tal fin, deberá garantizar disponibilidad requerida frente a nuestros usuarios y el stock óptimo en darkstores a través de la planeación, ejecución y control del proceso dual de replenishment definido con el aliado.

Roles and responsibilities

FUNCIONES

1. Asegurar el Availability establecido a través de la gestión y control en las variables del modelo dual de replenishment definido con el aliado. Esto incluye generación de alertas e informes y alertas para los distintos actores de la cadena.

2. Generar pedidos a diario de productos/categorías de la Wishlist no migradas al modelo de reabastecimiento con Grupo Éxito.

3. Identificar causales de agotados/excesos y ejecutar planes de acción en alineación con los distintos actores del proceso: Suppliers, Aliado Grupo Éxito, Catman, Operaciones.

4. Feedback intensivo con los Suppliers monitoreando el cumplimiento en los KPIs de gestión: OTIF, Fill Rate, On Time, GMV, DOI.

5. Nívelación del stock entre tiendas a través de transferencias y/o devoluciones al aliado que permitan cumplir con la política en Días de inventario y minimizar la merma.

6. Dar respuesta oportuna ante las eventualidades de stock presentadas en las darkstores reportadas por las regionales (Operación Turbo).

7. Asegurar el Availability ideal durante grandes eventos, promociones, campañas, temporadas especiales y demás actividades del calendario comercial.
