We are looking for a **Front-end Developer** who is a self-starter, thrives in fast-paced environments, thinks outside the box, is a problem solver, and is looking for ownership over evolving and meaningful projects within a cutting-edge digital marketing agency.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Determine web page structure and design while ensuring user experience determines design choices.
- Develop features to enhance the user experience.
- Strike a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
- Ensure web design is optimized for mobile devices.
- Build reusable code for future use.
- Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout the procedure.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Must be well versed in WordPress, especially with Elementor's Hello Theme
- Solid two years of web development experience
- Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
- Must have decent communication skills and extreme attention to detail
- Must be able to work in EST and MST time zones
- A strong understanding of PHP backend development is preferred

**System Requirements**:

- Must have his own Laptop/PC device
- Minimum of 20 MBPS Internet Connection
- A conducive working space
