GRAPHIC DESIGNER
- Requisitos:_
Experiência de 1 a 3 años en diseño gráfico y dirección de arte, preferiblemente en un entorno de marketing digital y agencia.
- Dominio de herramientas de diseño como Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) y software de diseño web (Figma).
- Capacidad para crear diseños atractivos y funcionales que resuenen con la audiencia y cumplan con los objetivos de marketing.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo, recibiendo y proporcionando feedback constructivo.
- Se valorará experiência en la creación de contenido animado y videos.
Propósito del puesto:
Un Director de Arte y Diseñador con experiência a nível mid, especializado en Performance Content. Debe ser capaz de crear contenido visual impactante que potencie el rendimiento de nuestras campañas digital y 360.
- Conceptualizar y diseñar elementos visuales para campañas, incluyendo anuncios, landing pages, correos electrónicos y contenido para redes sociales.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de redacción creativa para asegurar la coherencia entre el contenido visual y textual.
- Desarrollar y mantener guías de estilo visual y branding para garantizar la consistencia en todos los canales de comunicación.
- Utilizar datos y métricas de rendimiento para ajustar y optimizar diseños, garantizando su eficacia en términos de conversión y engagement.
- Mantenerse al día con las tendencias de diseño, herramientas y tecnologías emergentes en el ámbito digital.
