La division EPG LAC Latin AmericaCaribbean Division de Eaton está buscando un Channel Leader - Region Andina. Esta posición es responsable de consecución de los objetivos de ventas y ejecución de planes de ventas dentro del territorio de ventas Mercado Andino asignado y / o cuenta. Responsable de asegurar y mantener la distribución de los productos, los programas OEM y mantener acuerdos efectivos con los canales del territorio. Promueve la venta de productos a los clientes existentes e identifica potenciales nuevos clientes. Desarrolla propuestas, evalúa las necesidades del cliente con el fin de recomendar los productos adecuados. Puede personalizar el producto con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades del cliente. Proporciona apoyo técnico a los clientes después de la venta del producto, solucionar problemas técnicos. Puede proporcionar capacitación técnica al personal de los clientes. Recomienda mejoras del producto para diseñar personal en respuesta a comentarios de los clientes. Cuida la rentabilidad y la relación comercial con nuestros canales en NA.

**What you’ll do**:

- Trabajar en equipo con la fuerza de ventas y segmentos para lograr y asegurar el cumplimiento de metas de ventas.
- Apoyo al Desarrollo de la fuerza de ventas de planes y metas.
- Esta posición apoyará la venta de productos Componentes y productos de programas de OEM para cumplir y superar los objetivos de crecimiento, así como el trabajo con los agentes comerciales de la región.
- Proporcionar preventa y post-venta de apoyo Componentes de aplicación de productos
- Crear y llevar a cabo sesiones de capacitación formales e informales, incluyendo el personal de Eaton, personal de los distribuidores y clientes
- Actuar como un experto en la materia en la industria de componentes incluyendo la dinámica del mercado (oferta de productos competidores y su estrategia de mercado)
- La resolución de problemas y habilidades de solución son esenciales para esta posición
- Proporcionar apoyo técnico y orientación a los compañeros de trabajo incluyendo el personal de marketing y ventas
- Proporcionar ideas de retroalimentación personal y de los clientes para los productos existentes y nuevos apoyo del proceso de mapeo de ruta de productos y el desarrollo de líneas de productos
- Cuando sea necesario, apoyar lanzamientos de nuevos productos a nuestra organización de ventas de campo, canal de distribución y clientes
- Preparar pronóstico de ventas sobre una base mensual con revisiones semanales, incluyendo las revisiones semanales de las previsiones de ventas por cliente objetivo y vendedor. Trabajo enfocado en el cumplimiento de Forecast interno de los canales.
- Construir relaciones estrechas con los clientes clave para mejorar el volumen de ventas y servicio al cliente.
- Apoyar y participar activamente en conjunto con el departamento de crédito con el fin de cumplir con las metas anuales en Colombia en el área de cuentas por cobrar.
- Realizar reuniones mensuales y trimestrales de revisión, y participar activamente en las reuniones de revisión de desempeño y Colombia
- Conocer y cumplir las políticas internas y de seguridad de la Empresa.
- Cumplir las normas, reglamentos e instrucciones del Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de la empresa.

**Qualifications**:

- Educación: Estudios superiores en Ingeniería (preferencia por Eléctrica, Electrónica, Mecatronica, Industrial), Deseable especialización o maestría preferiblemente en ventas o carreras afines.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación en español y en Inglés
- Manejo de paquete básico de Office.
- Experiência: 5-7 años de experiência relacionada (ventas, comercial, mercadeo)
- Mínimo de 3 años de experiência de liderazgo en la gestión de personas.
