**JOB TITLE**:Global Graduate Operations

**ROLE SUMMARY**

**What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?**
Plan, coordinated, execute, and control the implementation of corporate EHS policies, programs, standards, and procedures with a national scope, following the provisions of national and international laws (NFPA, OHSAS, Ministry of the Environment, firefighters, Ministry of Social Protection and Trade Unions), with the aim of guaranteeing and promoting a safe, healthy work environment in harmony with the environment, following the guidelines and practices of BAT.
**Reports to**: Sustainability Manager
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Conduct bi-monthly audits of all commercial agencies on EHS, identifying risks and executing action plans in all areas, as well as preparing accident reports and regional reports.
- Plan, coordinated, and execute the annual EHS training plan, according to the risks and needs of the business, keeping staff trained in industrial safety and health topics, preventing accidents and environmental impacts that the company could generate, as well as accidents and industrial emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with the policies, standards, and procedures established by the EHS Management, in order to establish a safe and healthy work environment for the staff, as well as the operational continuity of the business.
- Coordinate and execute audits of external and corporate entities, national and international.
- Coordinate all COPASST activities. Prepare management indicators for EH&S in order to keep staff informed of progress and generate corrective and continuous improvement plans.
- As for the labor Union that is related to EH&S, in order to maintain and promote good relations between workers, labor unions, and Government Entities that may have a negative impact on the operational continuity of the company.
- Ensure monitoring of management indicators in EH&S in order to keep staff informed about progress and generate corrective and continuous improvement plans.
- Monitor the plans established in compliance of ESG objectives
**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**
**ESSENTIAL**
**Experience Required**
- Engineer Industrial / Health / Psychology or related field.
- Have strong analytical skills
- Driven and ambitious
- Are internationally and nationally mobile
**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- Are looking for an international career in Manufacturing
- Speak English fluently
- Are a fresh graduate (not later than 2 years after university)
- Possess leadership skills demonstrated through extra-curricular activities
- Have strong analytical skills
- Driven and ambitious
- Are internationally and nationally mobile
**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**
- Environmental Engineer / Industrial Engineer / Careers at the end of medicine / Careers with occupational health
- High academic performance with international experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong business sense and a strategic mentality.
- Intellectual curiosity and ambition
