Qualifications:

- 3+ years experience in recruitment, preferably in PH, US, Lat Am market (RPO experience is a plus)
- Incredible written and verbal communication (English)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques like Boolean, Google X-ray, etc.
- Highly organized and sound judgment
- World-class attention to details
