The Role

The Social Management Copywriter will be responsible for crafting creative and engaging social media posts that align with industry best practices and the specific requirements of our clients' organic social programs.

Essential Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Social Advertising Specialist to ensure strategic recommendations enhance the quality of organic post copy.

Take ownership of the entire copy creation process for a given account, including sourcing and formatting relevant photos, self-editing and proofreading, and scheduling posts on Hootsuite for deployment across various social platforms.

Ensure that all posts adhere to brand-level legal guidelines and client-specific directives.

Regularly monitor social media pages for comments and reviews.

Conduct research and present new ideas and opportunities to the Social Media Team Lead and Integrated Media Director.

Stay informed about any changes, issues, or updates within social media platforms that could have a significant impact on the team as a whole.

Qualifications:
Background in English, Journalism, or Public Relations.

Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher

Excellent written, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to effectively multitask and manage time.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open, entrepreneurial environment.

A big plus if you have:
Experience working in an advertising agency.

Previous experience in social media management.

Basic photo editing skills.

Familiarity with AgoraPulse.
