As a** **QA Automation Lead** at Perficient, your primary role is to lead effective quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through advanced test automation techniques. You'll coordinate testing activities, drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and delivery across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. This position presents an exciting opportunity to work on one of our largest healthcare projects in the American market, requiring strong leadership skills, automation expertise, and experience in payment systems.

**QA Automation Lead - Selenium & Cypress**:
- Must live in Medellín, Colombia.
- Lead and execute the test automation strategy using Selenium and Java.
- Collaborate closely with the development and testing teams to ensure software quality.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to test automation.
**Also, to shine in these roles, you should have**:
- Strong background with multiple projects in Quality Assurance, Testing, or Quality Engineering.
- Deep knowlege in Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or Cucumber.
- Demonstrated experience in test automation and leadership on quality projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for software quality and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile projects.
- Have minimum English level B2 - Upper Intermediate (Yes for US clients).
