**Role**: We're excited to offer an opportunity for an Animation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering animations with expertise in ecommerce, direct to consumer and tech companies specifically: explainer videos, product demonstrations, short and long form video and complex motion graphics.

**Responsibilities**:
**Animation Creation**- Design and create 2D and/or 3D animations for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media content, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the project supervisors and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.

**Creative Development**:
- Develop creative concepts, character designs, and visual narratives for animations.
- Transform concepts into engaging and visually compelling animations that resonate with the target audience.
- Create with the intention to drive conversations and engagement.

**Brand Consistency**:
- Maintain brand consistency across all slide page designs.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity.

**Optimization and Rendering**:
- Optimize animations for various platforms and devices.

**Feedback and Revisions**:
- Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Results**:

- **Production Efficiency**:

- Complete 2-4 animations requests per day.
- Turnaround animation designs within 1-3 days.
- Address revision requests within 24 hours.
- Complete projects with 2 revisions or less to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Quality and Consistency**:

- Produce high-quality animation content that enhances the brand's visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all animation materials.
- Achieve consistent client satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality animation edits.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 2D and/or 3D animation, character animation, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in animation software and tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Blender, or similar.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Ability to translate creative concepts into engaging and visually compelling animations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current animation trends, techniques, and best practices.
