Junior Production Planner

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the local Production Planner in reviewing raw materials, solution, and base for each works order, to identify any shortages.
- Coordinate with Lab to order bases
- Fill the bulking up form and hand over to Production Manager if partial quantity is available in stock.
- Assist and coordinate with FM to address orders having minimum weighting guidelines.
- Check if works orders have a special manufacturing instruction, and issue as required.
- Firm Works Orders in AX if there is no shortage.
- Adjust yield (wastage) for firmed jobs.
- Assist in releasing works orders to the factory based on priority and planned production completion dates.

- Bachelor´s degree
- Good level of English

- Good time management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Previous experience of working in an ERP environment preferably Microsoft AX
