¿Cuál es nuestro plan estratégico?
En Babel estamos entusiasmados con los progresos de nuestro Plan Marte 2025. Queremos llegar a 300 millones de euros de facturación y conseguir un EBITDA de 36 millones con una plantilla de 5.000 babelievers en el mundo

¿Qué buscamos?
Estamos buscando una persona con las siguientes características:
- 3-6 años de experiência en desarrollo de software y en GCP Google.
- Experiência en roles de desarrollo y diseño de aplicaciones.
- Participación en proyectos de mediana a gran escala.
Conocimiento Especializado:
- Lenguajes de programación: Competencia en lenguajes como Java, C#, Python, y JavaScript.
- Frameworks y plataformas: Conocimiento de frameworks como Spring,.NET, Angular, y React.
- Arquitectura de software: Experiência en diseño de arquitecturas modulares y escalables.
- Bases de datos: Conocimiento en bases de datos relacionales (SQL) y no relacionales (NoSQL).
- Seguridad: Implementación de buenas prácticas de seguridad en el desarrollo de software.
- DevOps: Familiaridad con herramientas y prácticas de DevOps, como CI/CD, Docker, y Kubernetes.
Certificaciones Técnicas:
- Certified Solutions Architect (AWS, Azure o Google Cloud).
- TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework).
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) o Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
Habilidades Blandas:
- Liderazgo: Capacidad para guiar y apoyar a equipos de desarrollo.
- Comunicación: Habilidades para explicar conceptos técnicos a audiencias no técnicas.
- Resolución de problemas: Habilidad para identificar y resolver problemas técnicos de manera eficiente.
- Adaptabilidad: Capacidad para aprender y adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías y metodologías rápidamente.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Diseño y desarrollo: Participar en la creación y optimización de arquitecturas de aplicaciones.
- Revisión de código: Asegurar la calidad del código a través de revisiones y mejores prácticas.
- Colaboración: Trabajar con equipos de desarrollo, operaciones y negocio para asegurar la alineación de objetivos.
- Documentación: Crear y mantener documentación técnica detallada
