About the role
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing advanced and automated reporting, analytics, dashboards and other business intelligence solutions. In this position you will also provide documentation for designed analytical products and train stakeholder in using developed BI tools.
**What you will do**:
- Providing regular analysis to various internal stakeholders (finance, sales, product and other).
- Providing analytical solutions supporting business operations including automation.
- Support the management related to data, working in cross-functional and cross-country team to deliver best classBI/Reporting/Analysis solution.
- Developing and maintaining reports/dashboards in Tableau.
- Strong cooperation with Data Engineers by providing requirements and support during development (tests, verification if delivered product is in line with expectations).
- Ensure data quality and build credibility in delivered information.
- Cooperation with Data Engineers in developing Data Warehouse.
- Providing training and support self-service for Tableau users.
- Drive BI and reporting best-practices and a standard way of working within the organization
**What you need to succeed**:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Computer Science, Mathematics or Economy preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience within an international company on a similar position.
- Hands on experience in SQL.
- Understanding of relational database systems.
- Experience in using visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar.
- Fluent oral and written communication skills both in English and Spanish
- Experience in working with data lake solution like Snowflake (Plus)
- Advanced office skills on Excel and Access
- Good attention to detail in making judgments and recommendations based on data and information analysis.
- Scripting experience in Python (Plus)
