**Job: Talent Acquisition Specialist**
**Location: Medellin, Colombia (El Poblado)**
**Schedule: 7am-5pm Monday through Friday (US Calendar)**
**Compensation: $2´500.000 + Uncapped Commissions**

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute a high volume of successful closures, earning commission for every deal you seal.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential closures and exceed monthly targets.
- Embrace a commission-driven mindset that fuels your ambition.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a commission-based role, showcasing your deal-closing skills.
- Minimum of two (2) years of Recruiting experience.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, ensuring smooth interactions throughout the hiring process.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office suite and ATS systems.
- An energetic, driven personality that aligns with commission-focused success.
- A track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales or closure targets.
- Strong sense of ownership and belonging within a team-driven environment.
