Key Responsibilities

**Technical Leadership**:
Lead the full stack development team in delivering high-value solutions using Agile methodologies.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

**Application Development**:
Collaborate with designers and other developers to create engaging and effective user interfaces.

**Feature Implementation**:
**Integration Management**:
Oversee the integration of various services and APIs, ensuring smooth connectivity and functionality across platforms.

**Maintenance and Optimization**:
**Project Planning and Execution**:
Collaborate in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery while upholding code quality standards.

**Research and Innovation**:
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and tools, evaluating and integrating them into the development process to improve products and workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role, with significant leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as TypeScript and React, as well as back-end technologies like Golang.
- Experience with integrations in areas such as payments, e-commerce, fraud detection, or analytics.
- Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases.
- Strong teamwork and effective communication skills.
- Creative and efficient problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Agile development practices and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
