US Pacific Time Zone Shift: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

LOJO will be your client. This position will report to our CEO and Business Growth Manager.

Responsibilities consist of:

- Creating sales scripts
- Researching businesses in assigned niches to qualify
- Create workflow automation to manage lead generation
- Using above workflows, call and follow up with prospective leads
- Schedule appointments for sales team members

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- Exceptional phone skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently prioritize daily tasks.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Experience with HighLevel
- Experience selling HighLevel

Additional Notes or Requirements:
The marketing and sales teams work closely together in both the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Platforms. Inbound marketing is one of the pillars of our business strategy. We require all team members to become HubSpot Inbound Certified, regardless of the position, within the first two weeks of hire.

**Compensation**:
This position is a full-time or part-time hourly position working US West Coast hours of 8 am - 5 pm. For full-time positions, we also include an end-of-year bonus equally known as the 13th month. We offer up to 8 paid US holidays during the year. We will also include sufficient compensation for you to acquire your own medical, and you will be in charge of setting aside money to pay your own taxes. We also offer regular performance reviews and an annual increase based on performance marks. The final compensation package is to be determined at the time of the offer letter. We also offer a competitive paid time off leave program, which starts after your initial 90-day probation period.

The position will pay a base pay as well as commission for each subscription that sells from the appointments that were scheduled.

Pay: $392,709,400 - $654,515,800 per month
