**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for an **(AEM) Adobe Experience Manager Back-End** developer to join our team

The BE dev for AEM will play a vital role in the development, design, testing and deployment of

WCM/WEM solutions and next generation web content management systems (WCMS). You will

work closely with clients, developers, system administrators, project managers, business

analysts and end users to build a state-of-the-art WCMS and solutions.

**What will help you succeed**
- Software development experience, mostly Java
- Minimum of 4 year of experience working with AEM
- Thorough understanding of the building blocks of AEM
- Experience extending AEM basic functionality, administrative areas
- Working knowledge and understanding of the following frameworks: JCR, Apache Sling,

Apache Felix, OSGi, REST, JavaScript, JSON.
- Experience working with MAVEN, being familiar with any AEM MAVEN archetype
- Capability to design and improve internal development methodologies

- Design efficient content models, security models, workflows and templates
- Effectively communicate design to customers and present design options/considerations
- Help to establish overarching program goals and objectives in the WCM program at a

customer
- Develop AEM templates and workflows leveraging current AEM software releases using AEM

Components and J2EE skill set
- Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability and reuse
