As a **Network Support Analyst** at EdgeUno, you will play a crucial role with the network team monitoring our telecommunication networks and computer systems and servers, supporting customers and addressing their needs. The NOC Support Analyst is responsible for maintaining uninterrupted network availability and thus the organization's operational and business continuity. This talent plays an important part in EdgeUno’s customer obsession value and improving customer experiences. The ideal NOC Support Analyst is a good communicator who understands the customer journey, can communicate fluently in Portuguese or Spanish and with skills communicating in English, and has at least 1 year of experience with business networks. Knowledge of monitoring systems like Zabbix, LibreNMS, and Grafana is appreciated.

This person must be a geek pursuing network knowledge and certifications, self-motivated, and eager to support customers with their needs. In this position, you’re going to shape your career working side by side with a team of Subject Matter Experts and references in the telecommunication and technology industry.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Monitoring devices and systems using network management tools.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with customers to determine next steps.
- Updating network documentation and monitoring systems configurations
- Open tickets with stakeholders and follow escalation and report procedures to solve issues.
- Tracking and documenting all defects and resolutions in detail through the designated system
- Receiving calls and/or requests (ticketing system) from customers in English and Portuguese or Spanish
- Collaborating with Network Engineering Team to assist in network configuration and updates.
- Work from the office during shift hours

**Requirements**:

- English Level > B2 is a must.
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (skills in both is a special plus)
- Related technical field course (finished or currently pursuing) or equivalent technical experience and/or training.
- CCNA, JNCIA or Internal Exame Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of business networks experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently of direct supervision and work shift hours.
- Capability to stay calm and customer-focused in high-pressure situations.
- Passion for learning and solving problems as an outside-of-box-thinker to be part of a successful fast-growing company
