We are looking for **Lead Fullstack Python Engineer **to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Writing code on the ground floor of a quickly growing startup
- Making decisions on the evolution of product technical architecture
- Creating the standard for what good code looks like, and helping mentor other new hires
- Working closely with product, design, and ops to quickly expand client's product offering
- Getting to know restaurants and suppliers firsthand - and using what you learn to shape the direction of the company
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years full-time experience building full-stack high-quality, scalable software at a fast-growing startup or tech company
- Strong backend experience. Including architecture concepts and understanding.
- Deep understanding of internal works of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience in building and operating distributed data processing systems
- Experience with Python (or more languages like JavaScript, C++, or Go)
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior developers is a plus
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency with a track record of working in English
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong communication and teamwork are essential
- Leadership and mentoring experience
**Will be a plus**
- Experience with web development and frameworks like React, or Next.js, Vue.js
- Experience with mobile app development
- Experience developing on AWS infrastructure
