**What we're looking for**

Jelou Inc is currently seeking for a customer-centric, energetic, and highly motivated Project Manager for our Operations team. The PM will be responsible for leading and collaborating on the technical management of the project inside the sales process and identifying opportunities to closing deals. This role works closely with the sales team, product and Customer Success to understand customer needs and present effective solutions that address those needs in right time.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage Statement of Work (SOW) documents to outline project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
- Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations with Sales team about the company's product offerings to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to develop and present customized technical solutions to customers.
- Act as a technical liaison between the customer and the company's product and engineering teams.
- Stay current with industry trends and new technology developments that may impact the company's offerings.
- Participate in trade shows and other industry events to promote the company's products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a technical sales SAAS or sales engineering role.
- Experience working with tech products.
- Strong understanding of software development.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (plus)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Analysis skills.
- Management monitoring.
- Planning
