**Who we are looking for**:
A Recruitment Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the continued growth of our Company through the design, implementation and execution of effective hiring strategies at our offices based in Bogotá, Colombia.

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be reporting to the Recruitment Manager and will work closely with our internal recruitment team to execute the recruitment process. The successful applicant will have experience leading a recruitment team, be professional and passionate with experience in coaching and developing relationships with stakeholders.

You must have an understanding of local job boards, pipelines, recruitment indicators and be result and detail oriented.

You will demonstrate operational capabilities while being hands on in implementing solutions to assure the best talent and hiring goals are achieved.

**Preferred skills and experience**:

- Analytical ability and self-motivated.- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.- Educated to a Degree level or similar discipline is preferred.- Detail oriented with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.- Results driven and resourceful with a strong work ethic.- Ability to implement new ideas and creative processes.- Identify and prioritise the most important tasks in the daily flow.- Ability to build excellent relationships with all levels of stakeholders.- Knowledge and understanding of job boards and social media platform functions is preferred but not essential.**Main Responsibilities**:

- Supporting and overseeing successful completion of interview schedules.-
- Ensuring a consistent and efficient interview process is in place.Ensuring a detailed handover is completed at the end of each shift.- Escalating to the manager when critical issues are identified.- Obtaining detailed evidence to support the decision making process.- **Want to become part of the team?**:
