**The Position**
- As a Multichannel & Digital Coordinator you will be responsible for the execution of Multichannel & Digital Marketing initiatives with our Business Units. We are looking for someone who is proficient in identifying customer needs, can generate insights from different data sources, and enables relevant consumer journeys**Activities and Responsibilities**
- Partner with Marketing, Medical and Sales to design Digital & Multichannel plans that add reach and depth to the Business Unit strategy through digital touchpoints.
- Set up digital targets and expected outcomes, measure and report performance of the multichannel initiatives identifying key insights
- Understand digital channels trends and develop new communication channels or improvements in current channels.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication or advertising
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Digital & Data Analytics skills: Adobe Analytics, CRM, Database analysis, segmentation.
- Digital Marketing know-how: Paid Search, Paid Social, Social Media, SEO.
- User Experience and digital product management know-how., and curious and agile with a Test and Learn Mindset.
- Fluency in oral and written English
