**3D Designer**:
**Partner Overview**:
They are a dynamic company specializing in a virtual staging platform designed for real estate agents to showcase properties and attract potential buyers. Their platform creates near-realistic images using the expertise of local designers who deeply understand the market, enabling real estate agents to fulfill their clients' visions and close deals efficiently.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a 3D designer.
- AI proficiency and ability to build automation scripts.
- Strong understanding of interior design and real estate market needs.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Blender.
- Experience with GLB file format.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create 3D assets (furniture pieces) for virtual staging used in interior design and real estate websites.
- Ensure 3D furniture models are liked to manufacturers for purchase.
- Serve three customer segments:

- Design high-quality 3D models.
- Integrate purchasable links for the models.
- Convert existing files into specific required formats.
