Cac Accountant

**The Role**
- Supporting country accounting and finance needs
- Facilitate office internal and external financial audits.
- Continuous Process Improvement
- Work closely with Treasury team to manage and track Intercompany settlements.
- Work closely with Tax team on tax calculations and disclosures.
- Prepare office period end reconciliations.
- Supporting country financial reporting activities to ensure that financial statements are accurate, produced timely and are in accordance with accounting standards (IFRS and USGAAP)
- Accountable for CAC office accounting reporting processes and systems.
- Closing the books in the most effective manner
- Working with the Finance Operation Network to deliver day to day financial controllership operations.

**The Requirements**
- Accounting degree
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Finance processes and accounting fundamentals including applicable standards and framework (USGAAP and IFRS)
- High level of English speaking, writing and reading is required.
- Effective and inclusively working experience within and across shared services.
- At least 10 years of experience in Financial Accounting / Reporting, and/or Financial Controlling areas, also good experience in a global operating environment from multinational / multilatina entities
- Proven interpersonal skills, to include communication and negotiation.
- Self-motivated and ability to work on own and to tight timescales.
- Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.
- Experience working with different countries and cultures is an advantage.

Experience in Oracle R12 is desirable
