**POSITION**:Vertical Sales Representative

**LOCATION**: Bogotá, Colombia

**REPORTS TO**:Vertical Sales Lead

**OVERVIEW**:
This position is responsible for driving sales growth for Rubbermaid Commercial Products through the development of business opportunities to specific top end user accounts throughout different verticals.

A Vertical Selling Representative must build strong commercial relationships by identifying opportunities in which RCP can solve end user needs.

The Vertical Selling team is a key pillar for sales growth, as it is responsible for driving sales of RCP products to AAA and AA end users of strategic verticals within the region. This position should achieve quarterly sales targets as well as a number of end user visits during this period.

**FUNCTIONS**:

- Service current end user data-base by visiting their facilities, identifying their needs, presenting product solutions, and following up on these sales opportunities to increase product listing.
- Work closely with users and decision makers inside top end users to build strong, long-lasting end user relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Arrange product demonstrations and trainings with end users to show product features, benefits and advantages against competitor products.
- Research the market for opportunities and identifying new potential end users aligned with RCP strategy.
- Cold calling potential customers and building relationships with new end users to build strong and long-lasting relationships.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, attending industry conferences and events.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing
- 2+ years experience in commercial areas: trade, marketing, sales.
- Drive for results, consumer & customer focus, collaborate for growth, negotiation skills.
- Intermedium Office
