**Description**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Promover y dirigir talleres, actividades de intercambio de ideas e iniciativas relacionadas con la reducción de costos para transformadores de distribución y potencia, a través y junto con áreas de la empresa como Ingeniería, Producción, Calidad, M&S, Suministro; buscando una mejor competitividad del producto.
- Responsable del seguimiento de proyectos de reducción de costos, actualización de estado, preparación de informes y presentación a las partes interesadas.
- Disponible para ejecutar tareas de Ingeniería relacionadas con el diseño de transformadores o que le sean delegadas por el Gerente de Ingeniería.
- Participación activa en reuniones, actividades, procesos/proyectos de mejora continua y reducción de costos, donde se involucren aspectos de diseño y fabricación de transformadores, así como actividades de la empresa que requieran de su apoyo, seguimiento, estadísticas, etc.
- Gestionar y atender tareas, reuniones, proyectos, presentaciones, despliegues, apoyo a otras áreas, etc. a ser delegadas por el Gerente de Ingeniería según sea necesario para cumplir con los requerimientos del negocio y de la empresa.
- Atender también las directivas de la empresa establecidas en las normas y reglamentos locales o globales.

**Habilidades Técnicas**:

- Preferiblemente experiência en diseño y manufactura eléctrica y/o mecánica, de transformadores,orientada a la reducción de costos y mejora continua.
- Buen conocimiento de MS Office (Excel, Power Point Word), herramientas CAD, Sharepoint.
- Más de 5 años de experiência en el negocio de transformadores de potencia y/o distribución.
- Profesional de Ingeniería Eléctrica, Mecánica, Electromecánica o afines
- Inglés medio a alto escrito y conversacional (C1)
