Clothing Production Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure that every piece we produce meets the highest standards of excellence.

As a Production Supervisor at (YM)COUTURE, you will be at the forefront of our production process, ensuring that our garments are crafted to perfection.

You will manage and lead a team of talented artisans and production workers, coordinate production schedules, and maintain the highest quality control standards.

This role demands a meticulous eye for detail, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure the efficient and timely production of (YM)COUTURE garments.
- Oversee all stages of garment production, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control, to ensure compliance with our high standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the design and production planning teams to ensure that production schedules align with collection launch dates.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Monitor production metrics, including output, quality, and downtime, and report on these to senior management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to the production schedule.
- Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
- Ensure the availability of materials and supplies needed for production, working closely with inventory and supply chain teams.
- Uphold (YM)COUTURE’s commitment to craftsmanship and luxury in every aspect of the production process.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in the high-end clothing or têxtile manufacturing industry.
- Expertise in couture garment production, with a strong understanding of cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
